Grampa's Desk

My grandfather built this desk but terrible house renters did extensive damage to it. It was a massive job but I completely restored it to some of its former glory. The damage required going to signigant lenghts to remove material in places that maintained the spirit of the original design without completely rebuilding. I like that it now includes pencil build marks from both me and my grandfather right next to each other but many years apart. Walnut with a polycrylic finish.
